Rainbow Beach is a beautiful stretch of coastal Queensland less than two and a half hours north of Brisbane. It has many types of outdoor activities available, including four wheel driving south to Double Island Point or north to Fraser Island, surfing, fishing (including charter fishing), yacht charters, scenic joy flights, hang gliding, paragliding, tandem skydiving, camel rides on the beach, horse riding, a golf course and bushwalks through the national park.

For diving enthusiasts, Wolf Rock, a short distance from Double Island Point, is rated as one of Australia’s top 10 dive spots. And then of course, there are kilometres of uninterrupted beach to walk while inspecting the famous coloured sands cliffs.
